The Organisation

Godhulibazar North East Society for Empowerment of the People (G-NESEP) was established in the year 2000 by a group of young men and women dedicated and committed to the society. It is a non-political, non-religious, non-profit making voluntary social organisation.

G-NESEP is committed to take a lead role for the protection of human rights, in helping them to meet their basic needs and to expand their opportunities to explore their potentiality for a better living standard.

G-NESEP is also going ahead through its various programmes to promote equal rights of women and girls and support their full participation in the political, social and economical development initiatives in their localities concerned. Today, G-NESEP has established its identity in the district of Cooch Behar as a leading institution on sustainable development.

Vision

Common people are the real authority of all powers. They should be enabled to exercise the power in creation of a healthy and better society to live with dignity, social security and social justice.

Mission

The organisation works towards the social and economical empowerment of the people, which will ensure dignity, social justice and social security of the common people.
